Return Policy
Whilst we endeavour to make sure that you are happy with everything you purchase from Hair Options by Mary, we do understand that sometimes you might not be 100% satisfied. In these instances, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

You contact us and return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us.

The products are returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with all instruction/owner manuals, warranty card and any other accessories, remote control and/or power cords that came with the product.

A full refund, not including shipping costs, will be issued to you. It will be processed by us within 48hrs of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that Hair Options by Mary reserves the right to:

Assess the product upon return prior to carrying out refund or exchange; and/or

Refer the product to the manufacturer of the goods for assessment to determine whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
Return Procedure

When returning your product, please pack it securely to protect it from any damage during shipping to ensure it is delivered to us in an acceptable condition.
What if the product is damaged when I receive it?
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please let us know within 24hrs of receiving the product. Please email photos of the damaged item to mary@hairoptionsbymary.com, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Product/Manufacturer Money back guarantee.
Products may come with money back guarantee offers by the manufacturer. If you need to request a refund/return/claim on products please email us directly with your invoice number and name, expiry, and overall photo of the product for our team to begin a claim with the manufacturer. On some occasions you will be required to ship the product back to us depending on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer so do not dispose of the product until your claim is finalised.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. The cheapest shipping method will be automatically selected when you complete your order.
We may use other shipping methods at our discretion if a better method is available. Our freight charges are minimal as our aim is only to cover the cost of shipping your goods to you.
Due to restricted operating hours from Australia Post and courier/freight companies, we are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Public Holidays may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
Hair Options by Mary recommend you check your email and / or Junk mail for the dispatch information, tracking numbers & links in the event of delayed delivery please contact the postal carrier or courier directly so we can continue to focus on fast dispatch & competitive prices.

If you have concerns about your parcel delivery, please contact us via email mary@hairoptionsbymary.com within 5-7 business days from dispatch. Any inquiries received 30 days after dispatch, may not be able to be investigated.
Hair Options by Mary ships goods Australia wide. However, currently we do NOT accept international orders through our website.

Regular Mail

We send all our free shipping items via Australia Post Regular Mail. These items are not insured nor trackable. Free Shipping Policy is applied.

Free Shipping applies to most metro and major regional areas including (but not limited to) Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Canberra, Melbourne, Newcastle & Sydney.

Free Shipping is only valid for approved orders over $55 AUD.

Registered Post

Registered Post is an option you can choose & pay for to minimise the chance of your item going missing in transit. We will send you a link & tracking number to track some stages of your parcels journey. Australia Post does not scan the item until it arrives at the Postal Facility closest to the location it has been sent to. It must be signed for, so if you are not home it will be taken to the local Post Office.
eParcel

Australia Post’s eParcel is a reasonably fast and efficient service, but offer no included insurance, this can be selected as transit cover at an extra cost. These items can be tracked, and tracking numbers and link will be supplied upon Postage.
Express Post
​
Australia Post’s eParcel Express is generally the most time efficient method of postage. It can be as fast as 24-48 hours depending on location.
